Employee Emails
-- by Jon Cook, Director of Pastors & Church Relations

Every week I write an email that is distributed to over 1200 employees in several businesses that I chaplain.  I am amazed every week by the comments from those employees as I walk through their workplace.  It seems that little 300 word email always hits a nerve with many of those employees.  It breaks the ice and always encourages openness in our conversation.  Those emails are available here to you, a business owner or, to select and send to your own employees.  Send them regularly and pursue great communication with your employees.  You will be surprised what a little effort will accomplish!

Simply click on the "Employee Emails" link on the right, then highlight the body of the email you want to use, copy it, and paste it to the body of your own email.  Feel free to make whatever changes to the email that you desire.  For example, delete all reference to Scripture if you think it will offend.  Or, if you want to add something like a verse of Scripture, then do so.

Understanding our Mission

In order to fully align with any organization, wisdom dictates that one  first fully understand the purpose or mission of that organization.  On the following page you will find the purpose or mission statement of FCCI/Christ@Work and the meaning behind the words that comprise it.  We ask that you take the necessary time to prayerfully consider and understand our mission for Jesus Christ, so that you may fully join the team of warriors we represent.

Work - Sacred or Secular?
32 Minutes

We see in the example of Jesus that he served his heavenly Father as he worked in his earthly father's carpentry shop.  The example he sets for us is complete service to God in every context of life;there was no secular work for Him!
